One bag of MRE food contains:

• 1x main course, e.g. vegetarian, beef, chicken, spaghetti.
• 1x spread (jam, processed cheese, peanut butter.
• 1x dessert (cake, pastry).
• 1x flameless heater for warming.
• 1x drink powder (cocoa, milkshake, coffee).
• 1x accessories (Lspoon, salt, sugar, toilet paper, chewing gum).
